General Use of this Website

As a user of the MorganaModeling.com visitors agree not to download, copy, sell, reproduce, duplicate any images displayed on this website.

Client Bookings

To make or discuss booking Morgana Mikolov please contact the office by email or phone or by sending a contact us inquiry. We endeavor to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

Bookings may be made through third parties, such as photographers under the same terms and conditions. Any variation under of the booking contract terms must be made by prior to the date of the contract commencement date.

These general terms and conditions shall apply within the framework of an ongoing business relationship – also without express involvement – for all future orders, offers, deliveries and services.

This contract shall form the basis of a business relationship between the client and Morgana Mikolov.

Hours

Bookings can be made for a whole day, half day or by the hour including preparation time for hair and makeup and allowing one hour for lunch. Contracts starting on weekends or Federal holidays can be agreed by prior arrangement between the parties. Travel times are included unless agreed otherwise in the contact.

Travel expenses

For assignments involving travel the client may be required to cover associated travel costs, which will be agreed upon in the initial contract and if an overnight stay is required will be liable for reasonable accommodation costs with a limit to be agreed upon before the contract is agreed.

Payments

Morgana Modeling will invoice the client for the agreed fees plus any associated and agreed costs for accommodation or travel on a net-10 days basis.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel the booking contract giving at least 48 hours’ notice to the other party. Should the client cancel the contract with less than 48 hours then a 50% charge will become payable. If the client should cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice then the full agreed fee will become payable within 7 days.

The Rights to Use Images

Both parties shall agree prior to the assignment the entitlement for image use resulting from the contract including rights of reproduction, editing, storage or archiving, distribution or exhibition in physical media and or internet use.

Confidentiality

Morgana Mikolov and the client shall be subject to mutual confidentiality regarding any data, use or purpose of the contract unless otherwise agreed.

Applicable Laws

These contracts shall be subject to the laws of Colorado
